Order Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared, packaged, and dispatched from our facility within 2 – 3 business days after your order is confirmed.
Processing time may vary slightly during peak shopping seasons or promotional events. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
Please note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays (listed below).
Delivery Time & Shipping Fee
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and delivered within 7 – 9 business days.
We currently offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 on all orders – no matter the size, quantity, or weight.
At this time, Clannovacat ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Holidays & Non-Business Days
We do not process or ship orders on the following U.S. holidays:
- New Year’s Day (January 1)
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (December 24–25)
- New Year’s Eve (December 31)
Orders placed during these dates will begin processing on the next business day.
Order Changes, Cancellations & Exchanges
At Clannovacat, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind. That’s why we allow customers to cancel or modify their order within 12 hours of placing it.
If you wish to cancel, update your address, or change items in your order, please email us at support@clannovacat.com within 12 hours. After this window, your order will enter fulfillment and can no longer be altered.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we do not accept exchanges or cancellations, unless there is a verified error or product issue on our part.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Clannovacat is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:
- Misspelled street names or cities
- Incorrect house or apartment numbers
- Missing apartment, suite, or floor details
- Incomplete ZIP codes
- Typographical errors
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately to update your address. We will do our best to intercept the change.
If the package is returned to us due to an address error, you may:
- Request a reshipment to the correct address, with an additional shipping fee
- Request a refund minus the original shipping charge
If the package is lost due to incorrect address information, Clannovacat is not liable for replacement or refund.
Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment through the carrier’s website.
If you do not receive tracking details within 4 business days of placing your order, contact us at support@clannovacat.com for assistance.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high seasonal volume may affect delivery. Clannovacat is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, but we will do our best to assist you if issues arise.
