Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: All orders are processed within 2 – 3 business days. Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
A: Yes – you can cancel or make changes to your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, the order may already be in progress and cannot be changed.

Q: Can I check the status of my order?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its progress until delivery.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No. At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer flat-rate shipping of $6.99 on all orders, regardless of size or quantity.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: After processing (2 – 3 business days), orders typically arrive within 7 – 9 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and seasonal demand.

Q: Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
A: No, we only process and ship orders Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. public holidays.


Returns & Refunds

A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unassembled, and in original packaging. See our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days
