Return Window
You may return most eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Whether the product doesn’t suit your space or you simply changed your mind, we’re here to help.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in unused, unassembled condition, and in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
- Returns must be approved in advance by our customer service team
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We take product quality seriously, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement, refund, or repair – depending on the situation.
To report an issue, send an email to support@clannovacat.com including:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or defect
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items returned after 30 days
- Products marked as final sale
- Items not in their original condition or missing original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Unauthorized returns (returns made without contacting our support team first)
Return Instructions
To request a return:
- Email support@clannovacat.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your return receipt for reference.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or our error
- For “change of mind” returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
