Order Cancellation Policy
We allow you to cancel or make changes to your order within 12 hours of placing it. During this window, you may:
- Cancel your order entirely
- Change or update shipping details
- Modify item selections or quantities
To request a cancellation or edit your order, please email us at support@clannovacat.com with your order number and specific request. If the cancellation is received within the 12-hour window, we will process it and issue a full refund.
After 12 hours, your order enters the fulfillment stage and cannot be canceled or changed, as it is already being prepared for shipment.
Exchange Policy
Because our products are made-to-order or prepared specifically for each customer, we currently do not offer post-shipping exchanges, except in cases of:
- Damaged or defective items
- Wrong items shipped
- Significant deviation from the product description
If you believe your order qualifies for an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include the following:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
Our team will review your case and, if eligible, offer a free exchange or replacement. We may request the original item be returned before sending a replacement.
What Cannot Be Canceled or Exchanged
- Orders requested for cancellation after 12 hours of placement
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products returned without prior approval
- Items received more than 7 days ago with no reported issues
We reserve the right to decline cancellation or exchange requests that fall outside these conditions.
Refunds After Cancellation
For approved cancellations within 12 hours, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
