What Happens After You Submit a Claim?

Once we receive a valid and complete IP claim:

• We will review the information provided
• If appropriate, we may temporarily remove or disable the allegedly infringing content
• We may notify the party responsible for the content and give them an opportunity to respond
• In the case of disputes, both parties may be asked to provide further documentation

Clannovacat reserves the right to reinstate content if a valid counter-notification is received, unless legal action is taken by the claimant within a specific period.
